RULE, Woodie - Putnam

Michigantown – Retired farmer Woodie Otis Rule, 95, died at 11:30 a.m. Monday in Clinton County Hospital after a lengthy illness. He was born at Cloverdale and lived at Michigantown many years.  He was married in 1909 to Minnie Ethel Cue. She preceded him in death in 1968.  Mr. Rule was a member of Michigantown United Methodist Church. Surviving are six sons: Jewell Rule of Crawfordsville, Estil Rule of Frankfort and Glenn, Russell, Wilbur and Hubert Rule, all of Michigantown; two daughters, Garnett Lantana of Florida and Ruth Baumholder of Germany and a sister, Pearl Shamell Greenwood. – kbz
